The printer is consist of the control software system and the hardware system,and then the the hardware system is mainly consist of the print heads,the UV curing system,the movement control system,the ink-tube system,and the negative system.further,the software system mainly includes the print control software and the picture processing software.the print control software is used to control the printer directly and issue the printing commands.and also used to adjust and calibrate the printing effect.for the picture processing software,we often use the Rinprint or PP,and photoshop to set or modify the picture size and pixel,let the picture to be what we expect.

We adopt the main board and head board(sub-board) system to control the machine and support all the printing system.the two boards have different tasks for the system,the main board connect with all the electrical devices,such as the ink pump,UV lamp,the X and Y direction motors,the 24V PSU,the 36V PSU and the computer.the head board(sub-board) connects to the the ink sub-tank's sensors and the print heads, and the heating sensor of heads.the head board connects to the print head via cable,then heads can receive the data from the main board sent from the software.and the floating sensor in the sub-ink tank connects to the head board,when the ink amount is not enough,it can generate the supply ink demand to the main board,then ink pump starts to work.and the heating sensor will tell the head board the temperature of the print heads,when the software will decide whether to heat the heads.

1. How will ship your machine to my factory?
It is often depends on you,generally,you may have your own freight forwarder who can pick up and transport your goods for you;if you do not have your own forwarder or you just want us to handle all the shipping process,we can let our freight forwarder to handle as well.
2. Is there anything i need to order except for the printer?
We suggest you buy enough inks you probably need,because the inks is heavy and need more space,so its delivery fee will hire,you can the ink quantity almost you can use in 3 months.and also some spare parts.
