Reasons And Solutions For Ink Breakage in UV Printers

UV tablet printers have advantages that traditional printers cannot have. However, they are ultimately machine equipment, and some malfunctions may occur during use. However, we can avoid them in advance when using them. For example, how should we deal with the ink breakage phenomenon that many people encounter? During the printing process of the device, there were negative and positive colors, lighter colors, broken lines, and ghosting, mainly due to the nozzle breaking ink. It is necessary to temporarily pause the operation, reset to the X-axis, and then proceed with processing.
1. Secondary ink cartridge
The ventilation port of the secondary ink cartridge is blocked, making it impossible to enter the air. The internal pressure is too high, and ink cannot be discharged. If the ventilation port is blocked, it needs to be reopened to allow it to enter the air smoothly. Soft material can be wrapped around the flat line connection of the secondary ink cartridge to absorb residual ink;
2. The ink in the ink cartridge has been used up or below the pressure line
If the ink in the ink cartridge is used up or below the pressure line, it is necessary to open the ink tube cover to check if the ink has been used up, and then pour in new ink. It needs to be poured slowly in a backlit environment to avoid causing monotony in the ink under strong light;
3. The nozzle is blocked
If the nozzle is blocked, it is necessary to pause the device and reset it to the X-axis origin. Raise the nozzle by 20cm, press the ink pressure button, observe the negative pressure value, and pause when it reaches 10. After observing that the ink droplets are connected, printing can continue;
4. Piezoelectric crystal damage
The piezoelectric crystal inside the nozzle should be damaged due to excessive voltage, ink infiltration, etc., and a new nozzle needs to be replaced;
