1. How long it will take if I order a printer?
Generally，we can ship your printer within 15 days，and if you have the customized demand，please contact our sales，and check the lead time again.For example，if you have may cups or bottles，but it is not convenient for you to make these matched jigs，we need you to send them to us，or at least give us their sizes，then we can make these jigs while producing the printer.
2. How can you guys install the printer after I receive the printer？
We have assembled the printer and tested the machine well in our factory，and also tested with print heads installed，but In order to make sure the print heads are OK on your side，we do not install your new onto the machine，so we will instruct you to install the print heads.we have make clear manual on how to install the print heads and how to do the calibration.（you can get the manual from our salesman or after-sale service people）.if you are lazy and just don’t want to do it by yourself,you can contact us to install for you on your side,or we install the print heads in our factory ahead of time if you are willing to undertake the risk of print head blocking when transporting.
