1、 Cleaning the printer nozzle
1. Software cleaning, automatic cleaning can be achieved through the maintenance function in the printer driver;
2. When the ink pump is in its initial position, use a needle cylinder with a hose to connect it to the waste ink tube and forcefully extract about five milliliters of ink. Do not use the inner cylinder of the needle cylinder to rebound, as it may cause color mixing in various nozzles. If the nozzle protector is not tightly sealed during the ink pump process, you can gently remove the ink truck by hand to ensure a good seal between the nozzle and the nozzle protector. After the ink is pumped, proceed with software cleaning;
3. Inject and extract cleaning, remove the ink cart, unplug the ink bag, connect the syringe containing cleaning solution with the ink column of the nozzle through a hose, push and extract with appropriate pressure, and spray a complete fine line vertically from the nozzle;
4. Print cleaning, replace the ink that blocked the nozzle with a nozzle cleaning agent, use vector graphics software to print the color block of that color, until the nozzle blockage is removed, and then replace it with the original ink;
