What kind of environment should be avoided when using UV tablet printers?

UV flatbed printers usually print and spray on flat materials. Compared to conventional printers, they have made significant breakthroughs in printing materials. They can not only print soft materials, but also print materials such as metal sheets, glass sheets, PPPs, and even wooden boards. Therefore, they also have another name - printer; Although the operation steps of UV tablet printers may be simpler compared to the past, their requirements for the working environment have also increased, especially in the following situations, it is necessary to use UV printers with caution;
1. There is a drop in the plane of the material. During the operation of the device, if the height drop of the printed material reaches more than one centimeter, the UV printer cannot achieve full width printing. The reason is that the spacing between ink jets is too large, which can cause unclear images, scattered ink, and other phenomena;
2. The reason why UV printers can achieve quick drying after printing and fast printing speed is mainly due to the fact that UV printers use UV ultraviolet lamps to accelerate drying after inkjet completion. Once the surface of the material reflects ultraviolet rays onto the printer's nozzle, it will cause the ink in the nozzle to dry, the nozzle to block, and printing will fail, resulting in waste products;
3. High temperature, strong acid, strong alkali, and other incorrect handling can cause UV ink to deteriorate. UV ink can reduce its adhesion when encountering high temperature, strong alkali, and strong acid, making the printed pattern more prone to detachment and reducing user experience;
