Advantages of UV Printing Machine
A wide range of printing applications
UV digital printers are able to print on a large sort of materials, treated and untreated, including pvc, pet, acrylic, wood, glass, boards, metals, soft fabrics and leathers.
Use white ink
Most UV inks include cmyk, white and transparent. Using white ink as the basis, UV printers can print white and full-color dark objects and transparent products.
Higher quality printing
Ink dries almost instantly on the surface of the substrate. Resolution and saturation are improved because there is no time to expand ink spots. In addition, no ink is absorbed into the actual substrate, and the ink strongly adheres to the substrate surface.
Embossed effects
The inks can be applied by selection to build up embossed objects and letters, including custom textures and braille. In addition, the clear ink can be “flooded” over the whole or selected areas of the substrate to increase durability or provide a more pleasant gloss finish. The quality of gloss relies much on the number of clear layers applied.
