We have developed the powerful UV lamp and has got the patent certificate.this kind of UV lamp is consist of more than 30 pieces of small lamps,and every small lamp is controllable by the software.this can help a lot for the varnish effect printing,it can speed up the print speed,also improve the adhesion force of ink.it can also set curing the ink again after completing the printing process,the curing degree can be set too.why especially when printing the varnish,we need this kind of technology,the reason is,as you can see,the varnish is smooth or bright,so when printing,we must not cure the varnish ink immediately,we need to cure it after a while,during the time before the lamp start to cure,the ink can flow to be level. And then cure the varnish that has flow to be level.but the average UV lamp does not have this function,they have to take more time to handle the flow level problem.
