For different materials,we recommend you use different ink,like soft materials,the leather silica gel,TPU and so on,the soft ink is more suitable,because the users need these materials have flexibility, otherwise,when people knead or pull the materials,it may crack.and for some hard materials,like the aluminum sheet,the metal sheet and glass,we use the hard ink,this kind of materials do not have the demand of flexibility,but they should be scratch-resistant,the hard ink is good.and some materials,like wooden、 plastic or some other materials，they are neither so hard nor so soft，the neutral ink is best，and the neutral may can be compatible to soft ，materials and hard materials.
You may wonder why ink is not dropping from the nozzles of print heads.for this,we also have used the negative pressure control system.In general,we will install a negative pressure tank or device,this component can generate the sucking force，then the tank connect to the safety box,then to the sub-ink tank,then to the head.so that means,the tank connect to the print heads indirectly.when the printer power on and work，the negative pressure force from the tank can can suck the ink with a balance force，we have set this force well before shipment，but if your factory‘s environment change too much ，you may need to adjust it again，or especially，if have change the ink，you probably need to adjust it again.

1. How long it will take if I order a printer?
Generally，we can ship your printer within 15 days，and if you have the customized demand，please contact our sales，and check the lead time again.For example，if you have may cups or bottles，but it is not convenient for you to make these matched jigs，we need you to send them to us，or at least give us their sizes，then we can make these jigs while producing the printer.
2. Is the adhesion of the ink is good?how does it make it?
The UV inkjet printing has adopted the advanced UV curing technology，after the ink spray onto the object，the UV light will cure the ink simultaneously and instantly.and the adhesion is still good，no need to dry it with heater or stove again.so it can save more cost and space for you.
