One of the most important factor impacting the print effect is the resolution,we have done lots of lots of test for this,and use the best resolution to ensure the print effect and print speed.maybe you have not yet known the resolution.Resolution refers to how many dots of ink will be print every inch on the product.these will be affected by the NPI of the head,and the algorithm of print data,we can choose 600×900resolution,or 600×1200,600×1800,or higher 600×2400;or we can also have other options,like the 960×600,960×900,960×1200,or higher 960×1800,and another resolution combination 720×600,720×1200 and so on,different resolution will have different print effect,but the ICC need to match too,the ICC will make sure the color matches to the artwork color.

1. How can correctly I locate the printing place,like i may just want to print on the middle of the product or the Bottum of the product?
In the print software,we have had the setting option,in the X direction,we can set the value based what we want,in the rotary direction,we can set the printing beginning rotary angle.

2. My cups or bottles' sizes are different,how can you solve the problem?Is it complicated to handle them?
We usually use the jigs to hold these products,but most of them,their top and bottom diameters are close to each other,they can use the same jig matrix,and if not,you can change,we will provide you a series of jigs that can almost cover your product,and you can ask us to customize for you too if you need.
