The printer is consist of the control software system and the hardware system,and then the the hardware system is mainly consist of the print heads,the UV curing system,the movement control system,the ink-tube system,and the negative system.further,the software system mainly includes the print control software and the picture processing software.the print control software is used to control the printer directly and issue the printing commands.and also used to adjust and calibrate the printing effect.for the picture processing software,we often use the Rinprint or PP,and photoshop to set or modify the picture size and pixel,let the picture to be what we expect.

1. How to calculate the ink consumption?
We have had a formula of calculating ink consumption,you can have our salesman to send you,or you just directly see it in the software once you add your print task into the software.
2. What is the power resource needed,and air?
The 220V,10A is OK, The working power is less than 2kw,and for the air,the input air pressure should be 0.5-0.8Mpa.
