This printer is developed based on cylindrical,conical or tapered shape of cups need,and also some of special shaped cups.the printer not just print one or four colors,it can print various colors according to your artwork,and the print effect can be vivid.When people use the traditional method to print,they often have to prepare the plate before printing,it is always time-consuming,labor-intensive,that means it is costly.it is not cost-efficient.
You may wonder how can our printer can print direct to the cup.because what we can know is the print surface must contact the cup,then the inks on the printing surface can be transferred to the surface of the cup?this way is different from the contact-type printing,it is actually noncontact-type printing.the printing surface is no need to contact the object directly.the advance inkjet printing technology has been adopted in this case.with the inkjet technology,the printer can spay inks from the print head onto the cups directly and correctly.for sure,the printer can calculate itself to know when to spray the inks and how many inks are supposed to spray.since the print head does not contact the surface of the product,so even though the material is thick or thin,that's Ok.though it is special-shape.what we need to do is adjust the distance between the heads and the product surface.you can set it quickly and easily by measure the cup's diameter first,and then set the value in the software.and then let the heads carridge go to the print position.
As you can see,the cylinder printer print on the bottles with the bottle rotating quickly under the print heads,meanwhile,the print heads jet inks onto the bottle to form the pictures.if you have noticed this,you will ask will this way break the print heads due to the colliding the heads.what's more,the print head is not cheap.plus,some of your products' size is not the same as you printing now,it can be a little bit bigger,so it will be closer to the heads.we have taken these into our consideration when design and develop this printer,once the bottle has the risk to contact and collide the print heads,the bottle will trigger the anti-colliding system,and the machine will stop to print,and give you the alarm.so this way will be safer a lot.

1. How long it will take to print a cup or bottle?
Generally,it will take 10 to 45 seconds per cup,it depends on the artwork size,and your print mode,like whether you print white,color and varnish,or just print varnish,and the feather mode,we have the small,middle and stong feather mode,and your print speed setting,you can select the slow,middle and high speed too.
