Ceramic Cup Printing Machine
Cup printer has been developed in the recent years for printing on all kinds of cups,and still being updated.before the cup printer is developed,generally,the printing factory or the printing people print the photo onto the cup by traditional printing,such as the silk screen printing,but it often take a long time to make the plate of printing,and can't meet the instant and fast demand.and with the inkjet printing development,people start to print on series of flat materials with the flatbed printer,flatbed was developed earlier than the cup printer.
And on the jig on the left side,you can see another sensor too,this is the origin point sensor,the motor will detect the original point every circle and feedback,then get the new ink jet data. Under the cup is the uv lamp.the UV lamp generate the Uv light to cure the inks. The UV lamp's angle is adjustable based on your cup, generally,we will make the UV lamp to parallel to the cup surface.and the distance between can be adjusted too,normally,adjust the distance to be 3-10mm,the inks can be cured sufficiently.
Differing from other manufacturers,we adopt the high precise way to make the machine,some of the manufacturer may use the nuts and rack to make the machine structure,but we use the welded steel structure.it can make sure all the structure is stable and precise.when the printer printing,the fixture with products move left and right,it has inertia with it,if all the structure is too light,it will shake with the movement,then will affect the print precision.although it just take 2days to weld the structure,but we will take a longer time to let all its size be stable.

1. How can you guys install the printer after I receive the printer?
We have assembled the printer and tested the machine well in our factory,and also tested with print heads installed,but In order to make sure the print heads are OK on your side,we do not install your new onto the machine,so we will instruct you to install the print heads.we have make clear manual on how to install the print heads and how to do the calibration.(you can get the manual from our salesman or after-sale service people).if you are lazy and just don't want to do it by yourself,you can contact us to install for you on your side,or we install the print heads in our factory ahead of time if you are willing to undertake the risk of print head blocking when transporting.
2. If there is something wrong with the printer,what will you do to help me?
If you don't how handle,please contact our technician at the first time,generally,we will have a service group with you,after we receive your service need,we will reply you ASAP to let you can operate your printer normally.
