Aluminum Can Printer
Cup printer has been developed in the recent years for printing on all kinds of cups,and still being updated.before the cup printer is developed,generally,the printing factory or the printing people print the photo onto the cup by traditional printing,such as the silk screen printing,but it often take a long time to make the plate of printing,and can't meet the instant and fast demand.and with the inkjet printing development,people start to print on series of flat materials with the flatbed printer,flatbed was developed earlier than the cup printer.
You may wonder why ink is not dropping from the nozzles of print heads.for this,we also have used the negative pressure control system.In general,we will install a negative pressure tank or device,this component can generate the sucking force,then the tank connect to the safety box,then to the sub-ink tank,then to the head.so that means,the tank connect to the print heads indirectly.when the printer power on and work,the negative pressure force from the tank can can suck the ink with a balance force,we have set this force well before shipment,but if your factory's environment change too much ,you may need to adjust it again,or especially,if have change the ink,you probably need to adjust it again.
In the ink tube system,we add a safety bottles, actually,two safety bottles,one is for color ink,another one is for white and varnish ink,the safety bottle can effectively protect the negative pressure tank and the whole ink tube system,here is how it works.on the ink sub-tanks,every tank connect with one air tube,the KCMYWV inks in total is 6,the colors goes to one of the bottle,and the rest of two goes to another bottle,then the bottles connect to the negative pressure tank,in the two bottles,we have placed sensor for every one,once it detect the inks go to one of the bottle from the ink sub-tank,it will trigger the alarm,and also the negative pressure tank stops to suck.and will give a signal to the ink pump in the big ink tank too,the ink pump will stop working too.this way can efficiently protect the system,after that,what we need to do is just cleaning the safety bottle.it will recover to work normally again.

It is often depends on you,generally,you may have your own freight forwarder who can pick up and transport your goods for you;if you do not have your own forwarder or you just want us to handle all the shipping process,we can let our freight forwarder to handle as well.

It depends the way to ship,and where is your country,by sea,maybe 25-40days,by air,maybe within 5days.
