When we are printing,we need to load the cup or bottle onto the fixture,the two sides' of jigs can push the cup or bottle,for sure,the jigs should match the cup or bottle well.the two jigs can not too big or too small.if we want to ensure printing the best effect,so the drop from the print head to the surface of product can not too high.so the jig will be affected by,better let the jig smaller than the cup or bottom's diameter.although you have many cups or bottles,but some of them can use the same jigs,or if you are not so sure which one is better,you can also send your product to us,we will estimate for you for free,and give you the best suggestion.

1. Is the adhesion of the ink is good?how does it make it?
The UV inkjet printing has adopted the advanced UV curing technology,after the ink spray onto the object,the UV light will cure the ink simultaneously and instantly.and the adhesion is still good,no need to dry it with heater or stove again.so it can save more cost and space for you.

2. How many kinds of inks do you need in the kind of printer.
In general,we use the white ink,black ink,cyan ink,magenta ink,yellow ink and varnish ink,for some special application,we can add the corresponding light ink to make the color finer and more vivid as well.and we have the IT ink made in south Koran,and the ink made in China,the majority customers of us use the chinese ink,that can almost meet all their requirements.
