Glass Bottle Printing Machine
This printer is developed based on cylindrical,conical or tapered shape of cups need,and also some of special shaped cups.the printer not just print one or four colors,it can print various colors according to your artwork,and the print effect can be vivid.When people use the traditional method to print,they often have to prepare the plate before printing,it is always time-consuming,labor-intensive,that means it is costly.it is not cost-efficient.
And on the jig on the left side,you can see another sensor too,this is the origin point sensor,the motor will detect the original point every circle and feedback,then get the new ink jet data. Under the cup is the uv lamp.the UV lamp generate the Uv light to cure the inks. The UV lamp's angle is adjustable based on your cup, generally,we will make the UV lamp to parallel to the cup surface.and the distance between can be adjusted too,normally,adjust the distance to be 3-10mm,the inks can be cured sufficiently.
In order to better view the internal status and condition of the machine,we install a light inside the machine.when the machine is on,the light on as well.we also mount the exhaust fans as the ventilator, to keep the machine tidy.which is necessary,otherwise,the flying inks in the air will fly onto the surface of the ink or picture that have not yet timely cured.which will impact the effect badly.the fans can be replaced easily if you need every six months to twelve months.In addition,daily maintenance and cleaning is need,then you can get your machine run well and long.

1. Where can I place my computer and moniter?
Generally,you can have your own computer desk,and then put the computer and moniter on it,we will provide you a ethernet wire to connect the machine and the computer.and you can ask us to customize your own computer bracket too.
2. How can correctly I locate the printing place,like i may just want to print on the middle of the product or the Bottum of the product?
In the print software,we have had the setting option,in the X direction,we can set the value based what we want,in the rotary direction,we can set the printing beginning rotary angle.
