You may wonder how can our printer can print direct to the cup.because what we can know is the print surface must contact the cup,then the inks on the printing surface can be transferred to the surface of the cup?this way is different from the contact-type printing,it is actually noncontact-type printing.the printing surface is no need to contact the object directly.the advance inkjet printing technology has been adopted in this case.with the inkjet technology,the printer can spay inks from the print head onto the cups directly and correctly.for sure,the printer can calculate itself to know when to spray the inks and how many inks are supposed to spray.since the print head does not contact the surface of the product,so even though the material is thick or thin,that's Ok.though it is special-shape.what we need to do is adjust the distance between the heads and the product surface.you can set it quickly and easily by measure the cup's diameter first,and then set the value in the software.and then let the heads carridge go to the print position.

You may wonder why ink is not dropping from the nozzles of print heads.for this,we also have used the negative pressure control system.In general,we will install a negative pressure tank or device,this component can generate the sucking force,then the tank connect to the safety box,then to the sub-ink tank,then to the head.so that means,the tank connect to the print heads indirectly.when the printer power on and work,the negative pressure force from the tank can can suck the ink with a balance force,we have set this force well before shipment,but if your factory's environment change too much ,you may need to adjust it again,or especially,if have change the ink,you probably need to adjust it again.

In order to protect the print heads and ensure the printing process is smooth,we add filters in the ink supply system.why does the ink system need to add the filters?as we know,the ink is consist of several chemical components.with time goes by,these substances may subside,these sediments will gather together,and become bigger and bigger,if we do not have the filter,these particles will go through the ink system,then arrive at the print heads,but the print head's nozzles are so small that these particle can not all go through,even block in the print head tunnels.then affecting the printing,get bad printing effect.the filter has been added in the ink pumping side and the print head side,two places, two filters for every each color ink tunnel.the filter on the ink pumping side's tube diameter is 10um,and the filter close to the print head is 5um,the two phase can effectively filter the small particles and protect the print heads.

1. How to maintain this printer,what to do?
For the printer,as you know ,the most important part is the print heads,if we maintain the print heads ,we have done the 85% maintanence jod well,you need to check the print heads status daily when you are going to start to your mass of bottles,and before getting off,check again too,if the staus is not good,press ink to flush the nozzles to make the print heads status good.

2. Do I need to surface treatment for some special materails?
Yes,you do ,but for most materials will be compatible to our current ink,if it's still not good,we can consider use the primer(we have tested a lot),the plasma,the flame treatment,drying and so on,further,we have developed the printable primer,so it can be sprayed the same way with the ink.
