UV Bottle Printer
The printer is consist of the control software system and the hardware system,and then the the hardware system is mainly consist of the print heads,the UV curing system,the movement control system,the ink-tube system,and the negative system.further,the software system mainly includes the print control software and the picture processing software.the print control software is used to control the printer directly and issue the printing commands.and also used to adjust and calibrate the printing effect.for the picture processing software,we often use the Rinprint or PP,and photoshop to set or modify the picture size and pixel,let the picture to be what we expect.
As you can see,the printer has a loading station,here you can load the cup,in the station,it's mainly consist of the fixture,on the X direction,on the cup top side(the left side) and the cup bottom side(the right side)separately has jigs there.they separately push the two side firmly,then the cup can rotate steadily on the fixture,this is important for cylindrical printing.and you can see on the Y direction,there are four separate brackets,they are used to support the cup when we are finishing the printing,after finishing the printing process,the cup will not be pushed by the two sides' jigs,so the brackets stretch out to support it,and then the operator can take it out,then load another cup there,once the operator press the print button again,the jigs go to push the cup firmly, the brackets stretching back at almost the same time.
As we all know,the machine's movement is rely on the motor,but how can we control these motors precisely,we use the servo,and the servo's data is sent by the software.during we use the machine,maybe there is something wrong the motor and servo,but it is really really a small probability.it maybe caused by the wrong assembly in the workshop,but our engineer has tested this in our factory,or another situation is that,some foreign matter go into the motor,so we have to clean and lubricate.whatever,for the errors that may occur,the software and system has a prediction,once it happen,will give the hint immediately,so we can fix it quickly.or sometimes,we just need to adjust the rigid constraint.
