You can see beside the brackets,there is a couple of photoelectric sensor,actually,we call it material existing sensor,the printer uses this sensor to detect that has the operator loaded a cup or product in the fixture.if the sensor cannot detect that,it won't print for protecting the print heads from being exposed to the UV light,blocking.the UV light exposure can block the print heads immediately,so that we have to check the UV lamp covering status before,and make sure the UV lamp covering and setting is OK.and if something shield the material existing sensor,it will wrongly recognize that the cup is there, though you do not load a cup there.so usually to clean the sensor is necessary.

1. Do I need to surface treatment for some special materails?
Yes,you do ,but for most materials will be compatible to our current ink,if it's still not good,we can consider use the primer(we have tested a lot),the plasma,the flame treatment,drying and so on,further,we have developed the printable primer,so it can be sprayed the same way with the ink.
2. How long it will take to print a cup or bottle?
Generally,it will take 10 to 45 seconds per cup,it depends on the artwork size,and your print mode,like whether you print white,color and varnish,or just print varnish,and the feather mode,we have the small,middle and stong feather mode,and your print speed setting,you can select the slow,middle and high speed too.
