UV Cylinder Printer
Cup printer has been developed in the recent years for printing on all kinds of cups,and still being updated.before the cup printer is developed,generally,the printing factory or the printing people print the photo onto the cup by traditional printing,such as the silk screen printing,but it often take a long time to make the plate of printing,and can't meet the instant and fast demand.and with the inkjet printing development,people start to print on series of flat materials with the flatbed printer,flatbed was developed earlier than the cup printer.
With time goes by,the flatbed printer technician realized that this inkjet technology can be adopted to cylindrical objects printing.after going the long time R&D,nowadays,the printer can print on cups.including the plastic cups,glass cups,metal cups,steel cups,ceramic cups,wooden cups,paper cups,disposable cups,water cups,milk cups,tea cups,coffee cups.even though they are tapered cups.
In order to monitor and maintain the machine,we have shown clear and simple signals in the board,both the main board and the head drive board,once you have some problem,the engineer can figure out immediately through those signals on the boards or the reminders in the software,for example,the original point and the end point of the fixture,the bottom point and the highest point of the carriage,the material existing,the push and hold cylinders,the rotating original point,and the start to print signals.we also check whether the Ethernet connecting well with the computer,whether the UV lamp work well,whether the ink pumps work smoothly.this way,it will hope us to monitor and diagnose the machine's working status timely,and quick trouble shooting.
