With time goes by，the flatbed printer technician realized that this inkjet technology can be adopted to cylindrical objects printing.after going the long time R&D,nowadays，the printer can print on cups.including the plastic cups、glass cups、metal cups、steel cups、ceramic cups、wooden cups、paper cups、disposable cups、water cups、milk cups、tea cups、coffee cups.even though they are tapered cups.
As you can see，the printer has a loading station，here you can load the cup，in the station，it’s mainly consist of the fixture，on the X direction，on the cup top side（the left side） and the cup bottom side（the right side）separately has jigs there.they separately push the two side firmly，then the cup can rotate steadily on the fixture，this is important for cylindrical printing.and you can see on the Y direction,there are four separate brackets,they are used to support the cup when we are finishing the printing,after finishing the printing process,the cup will not be pushed by the two sides’ jigs,so the brackets stretch out to support it,and then the operator can take it out,then load another cup there,once the operator press the print button again,the jigs go to push the cup firmly, the brackets stretching back at almost the same time.

1. How many kinds of inks do you need in the kind of printer.
In general,we use the white ink,black ink,cyan ink，magenta ink，yellow ink and varnish ink，for some special application，we can add the corresponding light ink to make the color finer and more vivid as well.and we have the IT ink made in south Koran，and the ink made in China，the majority customers of us use the chinese ink，that can almost meet all their requirements.
2. Is there anything I need to pepare when the printer is coming to my factory?
Yes,here is something you need to prepare before the printer is installing in your factory,you need to make sure the electricity is stable of your factory,not just the ground connection,but also have a voltage stablizer,and if your voltage is not AC 220V,also need to tell us ,and you may need a voltage transformer.
