With time goes by,the flatbed printer technician realized that this inkjet technology can be adopted to cylindrical objects printing.after going the long time R&D,nowadays,the printer can print on cups.including the plastic cups,glass cups,metal cups,steel cups,ceramic cups,wooden cups,paper cups,disposable cups,water cups,milk cups,tea cups,coffee cups.even though they are tapered cups.
You may wonder why ink is not dropping from the nozzles of print heads.for this,we also have used the negative pressure control system.In general,we will install a negative pressure tank or device,this component can generate the sucking force,then the tank connect to the safety box,then to the sub-ink tank,then to the head.so that means,the tank connect to the print heads indirectly.when the printer power on and work,the negative pressure force from the tank can can suck the ink with a balance force,we have set this force well before shipment,but if your factory's environment change too much ,you may need to adjust it again,or especially,if have change the ink,you probably need to adjust it again.
What you can see is that we have to load and unload the bottles by hand when printing,actually,we have shipped lots of automatic printing machines even the cylinder printers.now we add two conveyor belts for the printer on the front side and the back side separately.one belt is to convey the products waiting for printing,another is to convey the completed product to the line that operator can collect and pack together.with this way,the machine can convey,load,print,unload the products automatically.and in the end side of line,one operator pack them,so it can effectively reduce the cost of man-labor and man-hour. Further,although this is way is more effective,it also just occupy a small space and easy-handling.

1. How to maintain this printer,what to do?
For the printer,as you know ,the most important part is the print heads,if we maintain the print heads ,we have done the 85% maintanence jod well,you need to check the print heads status daily when you are going to start to your mass of bottles,and before getting off,check again too,if the staus is not good,press ink to flush the nozzles to make the print heads status good.
2. How many kinds of inks do you need in the kind of printer.
3. Do I need to surface treatment for some special materails?
Yes,you do ,but for most materials will be compatible to our current ink,if it's still not good,we can consider use the primer(we have tested a lot),the plasma,the flame treatment,drying and so on,further,we have developed the printable primer,so it can be sprayed the same way with the ink.
