And on the jig on the left side,you can see another sensor too,this is the origin point sensor,the motor will detect the original point every circle and feedback,then get the new ink jet data. Under the cup is the uv lamp.the UV lamp generate the Uv light to cure the inks. The UV lamp’s angle is adjustable based on your cup, generally,we will make the UV lamp to parallel to the cup surface.and the distance between can be adjusted too，normally，adjust the distance to be 3-10mm，the inks can be cured sufficiently.

1. Is there anything I need to pepare when the printer is coming to my factory?
Yes,here is something you need to prepare before the printer is installing in your factory,you need to make sure the electricity is stable of your factory,not just the ground connection,but also have a voltage stablizer,and if your voltage is not AC 220V,also need to tell us ,and you may need a voltage transformer.

2. How to calculate the ink consumption?
We have had a formula of calculating ink consumption，you can have our salesman to send you，or you just directly see it in the software once you add your print task into the software.
