The printing speed is fast,you can print one or two even three within a minute.and the loading -unloading time will as fast as to 3 seconds to get the second printed again.that means,you can print 500 pcs to 1500 pcs per day per printer.actually,one operator can handle 3 printers at the same time.when start to print the next one ,after loading the cup,the operator just need to press the print button,and then the machine's fixture will work automatically to hold and fix the cup,then go to print from right to left,after printing,coming back to the original place and release the fixture to wait for unloading.and then another loop again.it can work so smooth that the operator is not easy make mistakes.and also not easy to be tired.

 

 

 

The machine has been installed the ink sub-tanks to guarantee the printing fluency,firstly,the user poor the inks into the big ink tanks,in some of these tanks,we have exclusively added the stirrer to solve the sediment problem in the big tank,especially for white ink,some of the components in the ink is easy to subside.next,we use a filter to connect the ink tube and the ink tank,it will filter those big sediments of the ink and some of big particles,then one ink pump to get inks into ink sub-tank.in the sub-tank,there is a float sensor to detect whether the ink amount is enough to flow and print,once the float sensor detect short of ink,the ink pump will receive the signal and start to work,until the ink in the sub-tank is enough.this way,we can make sure this system can run automatically and precisely.

1. Is there anything I need to pepare when the printer is coming to my factory?
Yes,here is something you need to prepare before the printer is installing in your factory,you need to make sure the electricity is stable of your factory,not just the ground connection,but also have a voltage stablizer,and if your voltage is not AC 220V,also need to tell us ,and you may need a voltage transformer.

 

2. How long it will take to print a cup or bottle?
Generally,it will take 10 to 45 seconds per cup,it depends on the artwork size,and your print mode,like whether you print white,color and varnish,or just print varnish,and the feather mode,we have the small,middle and stong feather mode,and your print speed setting,you can select the slow,middle and high speed too.
