UV Cylinder Digital Printer
Cup printer has been developed in the recent years for printing on all kinds of cups,and still being updated.before the cup printer is developed,generally,the printing factory or the printing people print the photo onto the cup by traditional printing,such as the silk screen printing,but it often take a long time to make the plate of printing,and can't meet the instant and fast demand.and with the inkjet printing development,people start to print on series of flat materials with the flatbed printer,flatbed was developed earlier than the cup printer.
The printer is consist of the control software system and the hardware system,and then the the hardware system is mainly consist of the print heads,the UV curing system,the movement control system,the ink-tube system,and the negative system.further,the software system mainly includes the print control software and the picture processing software.The print control software is used to control the printer directly and issue the printing commands.and also used to adjust and calibrate the printing effect.for the picture processing software,we often use the Rinprint or PP,and photoshop to set or modify the picture size and pixel,let the picture to be what we expect.
The universal picture need to transfer to PRN format or PRN format,in the printing industry,the software must finish the printing based on the machine can identify the artwork,but the artwork is consist of pixels in the electron screen,like our phone and computer.going through the RIP software,these pixels will transfer to dots,these dots will corresponding to ink dots or ink drops,so to be the real picture on the product.from this aspect,the ink,ink color,ink drops and these pixels will influence the printing effect straightly.

2. How can correctly I locate the printing place,like i may just want to print on the middle of the product or the Bottum of the product?
In the print software,we have had the setting option,in the X direction,we can set the value based what we want,in the rotary direction,we can set the printing beginning rotary angle.
